The existing website for Faithful Love Wedding Chapel is a good start for providing information to couples looking to book their wedding ceremony with Levita at her lovely Downtown Las Vegas chapel. Additional website content and services could increase the visibility of the organization, increase the number of clients, and initiate post-event activity through the addition of an online photo album with previews and purchase options for couples looking to review their photos at later dates.

To increase the likelyhood of visitors clicking through from search engines such as Google, we would add additional content to the website, setup PageRank link-backs to increase relevancy, and update the website using current CSS and XHTML presentation code.

We would offer additional information about the packages, attire rental, flowers, and cake offerings. We would include new content such as a testimonials and follow-up page. Perhaps even consider offering package deals for dinner or event tickets as methods to increase visibility.

A considerable new feature of the faithfullovechapel.com website would be a new wedding photo album viewing system that offers couples the opportunity to review their photos at their leisure, online. With the couple's last name and ceremony date, they could log in and see automatically generated gallery of thumbnails of their special day. They could perhaps click on individual thumbnails to review preview-size images for further detail. However, all images would automatically be watermarked with the Faithful Love Wedding Chapel logo to prevent images from being printed or copied to elsewhere on the Internet. The couple can view a slideshow and browse their images easily, and even purchase a package of their photos. Once purchased, the watermark would be automatically removed from their images and the couple could access high-quality full-size photos as they please, anytime, for as long as the Chapel determines the album to be available. Purchasing the album could be handled automatically through PayPal or offline with the Chapel's normal payment processing system.

Email list management software with web interface would be provided to send email blasts and reminders to couples, perhaps to remind them to visit their photo gallery online or to comment back on their experience for the website's "Testimonials" page.

A fun idea to consider, depending upon the resources available to Faithful Love Wedding Chapel, would be to offer free, live, video webcast streaming of wedding ceremonies. With an appropriate camera, computer, and Internet connection, streaming through a free service such as "uStream.tv" would provide the Chapel with a unique feature that can be used to set it apart from other chapels. Couples could have their distant friends and family visit the faithfullovechapel.com website and view the ceremony live with the embedded "Flash" player, for free!

It is my hope that, together, we can update the website's content and services to increase visitors, initiate additional appointments, and bring back previous couples to see and purchase their photos. The price listed on this proposal is for one year of service, which includes the initial website upgrade including layout, design, programming, hosting configuration, email account provisioning, and client training. Once the website is considered "live", I would continue to provide service for webhosting, support, bug fixes, and minor updates. Any significant changes or additions once the site has gone live could incur separate fees. The intention of this proposal is to offer ideas, consider comments and answer questions. This is not an invoice or contract, but a tool for us to build an understanding of goals, establish clear communication, and spark a positive relationship.
